The Complaint:
we have a problem with the mayor of hughes, ar. he is a braggert,and has come to believe he is above the law. he specifically told one of our members of an affair he was having with a school teacher at the local high school, and had sex with her at a home football game in the parking lot. he is disgraceful, dishonest and very deceitful. and his police dept has already been taken away from him because he keeps firing police chiefs after they arrest his stepson for either DUI or drug possession. crime has become rampant and he does nothing but work in his garden all day. he even hired his mistresses underage daughter to work with his wife in the st francis restaurant when he owned it. he is despicable. and he wants to call himself honorable? the water dept went broke due to bills not being paid for over a year, had their water turned off-residents complained and that same day had water turned back on without payment. what the hell is that about? can't produce receipts to the city council? what? no receipts made for money coming in? kinda convenient aint it?
