The Complaint:
This woman failed to give truthful answers to questions on the application for her driver?s license. She was asked if she had ever had a seizure. She answered ?no.? That was a lie. She had had a seizure in June of 1969 and in October of 1971. Why did this woman purposely lie? This woman was less than truthful because she simply did not want to see a neurologist and get a letter stating that she was on anti-seizure medication.
