The Complaint:
As a scientist, this man did not provide his co-workers with behavior that they could model. He did not hide the fact that he felt certain tasks to be beneath his dignity. While others threw-out the items they had put in their personal disposal bin, this man did not. Instead, he simply exchanged his full bin with that of a not-so-full bin. He would ask a research associate to bring his things from the walk-in freezer. He never offered use of his cart, a cart that she had earlier requested.
