The Complaint:
This man used the name of a relative to get a car loan, Later, he failed to make on-time payments on that car. The person whose name had been attached to the car loan was forced to sell a five acre piece of property. The DMV continues to believe that the person whose name was on the original car loan still owns and drives that car. The person who has never collected any debt payments continues to get parking tickets, tickets that bear the brand name of the vehicle that was purchased by using a false claim.
