The Complaint:
The employees in my division of the car manufacturing plant are driving me crazy. Some don't come to work at all, some come habitually late, and some don't even complete their jobs. We are in the business of building great automobiles for people, but with this kind of work being done, I don't see that we will sell many. With the many people I do supervise every day, it has been increasingly harder and harder to get them to comply with my wishes. I am afraid my job will soon be in jeopardy if I don't get them straightened out.
