The Complaint:
My friend Michelle Norfolk is a hard and dedicated employee she has been working for the same attorney?s for the last 10 years and has never called in sick or failed to meet a deadline. Her boss thinks women in the work force she stay in field such as coffee girl or mere secretary and that they should always dress in skirts and heels no pants allowed. When a prime promotion opened up my friend was the favorite everyone thought the promotion was hers, then the boss announced that he had chosen a young man only 23 to give the promotion too, he told my friend it was more of a mans job not for a woman.
