The Complaint:
I have a tenant who is now four months behind in his rent. He tells me that as soon as he gets his big break from the recording studio for one of his songs, he will be able to pay me. I own a two story house, and he rents the top floor. This is taking a toll on me as I cannot afford to let him go rent free. I have bills to pay as well. This is causing me more trouble than it is worth. I hate to kick him out, but I have to live too. He needs to find a good paying job until his record deal comes through, but he won't hear of that. I sure hope the record company will put him up for the night.
