The Complaint:
This man was a terrible business partner. First he found a home for sale in Los Angeles County. Then he convinced my husband to partner with him and to submit a down payment on that home, approximately $17,000.00. Yet neither partner managed to make lots of money from those families that agreed to rent that home. Mr. Parvenu did not seek to address the investment costs undertaken by his business partner. Instead Mr. Parvenu found that he needed a more reliable source of income. . He asked his wife to contact his former business partner, and to ask for another $2,000.00.
