The Complaint:
While an employee in the amniocentesis lab at UCLA, I sat for a short video segment. That short video segment was supposed to show expectant mothers and their husbands the method used to culture amniotic cells. I was happy to help the young couples coming to UCLA.
Later I had a new boss. I learned from that boss that he had seen me in the video that I had made. I thought he and his wife had gone to UCLA. Then I learned that they had gone to Saint John?s hospital in Santa Monica.
Two hospitals profited from my willingness to sit for that short video segment. I got nothing, just more evidence that I had carpal tunnel syndrome.
