The Complaint:

Director of a 300 agent call center in Cary, NC until she ran it into the ground. Spent most of her time thinking of "forced fun" activities to spend money on rather than giving reservation agents much deserved raises or bonuses that had actually been earned under the company bonus program. Her first act as director was to replace a tasteful and artistic print of a famous spanish painting in the lobby with a painting of clowns playing horns. She said the original painting had nudity in it and was not appropriate for a corporate environment. It must have been one of those magic eye things because she was the only one that could see nude bodies. Later, we would come to realize that the painting of the clowns playing horns was actually an accurate representation of her management philosophy. During a historic snow storm that wiped out power for several days, she made attending a holiday party mandatory for all middle management and administrative staff even though practically none of the res agents that the party was actually for could even attend. That was a nice waste of 10K. Oh, did I mention she made the HR director go by Jenni rather than Jennifer since "There can be only one"? When the "axe" finally fell for the doomed call center, she of course awarded her cadre of kiss asses transfers to other divisions probably thinking she would be joining them later down the road. In the end, it turns out that the powers that be actually new she was not qualified for the job and had sent her to the call center knowing it would be shut down within a year. She was not offered a position else where and was most deservedly canned a few short months after the rest of us. Ahhhh, karma. It do taste sweet.
