Tom Turner only hires uneducated, inexperienced, clueless males for Lot Attendant positions. And he promotes these type of guys also. So if you are a Lot Attendant who is qualified for a better position that is open, he (Tom Turner) will not let you have it. The position will go to a less-qualified male. Maybe Tom Turner hires these kinds of people to make himself feel smarter. Also, a lingerie magazine was found in Tom Turner's office. Maybe Tom Turner isn't getting any at home.
