The Complaint:
I am so sick and tired of my boss! We started off this small company back in the mid-90s and we did well. It has been eight years and now we have additional staff, but our office is still a small office comprised of five team members including my so-called ?boss.? I have supported him at work and in personal matters. I stood up for him when he was wrongly accused of having an affair. I wrote a statement saying his ex-wife is insane and not fit to raise their kids. But you know what? He is the most phoney person in the whole universe. He is such a hypocrite. When a customer complains, he not only refuses to stand up for me and the rest of the staff, he actually helps the person complaining by blaming us further. He said we are not professional. He is so full of crap. The selfish bastard doesn't care a bit about his staff, only himself!
