The Complaint:
The employees in my division of the car manufacturing plant are driving me crazy. Some of them come habitually late, some don't come to work at all, and some don't even complete their jobs. We are in the business of building great automobiles for people here, but with this kind of work being done, I don't think that we will sell many of them. It has been increasingly harder and harder to get my subordinates to do the tasks I set for them. Never take a management job in this company.
