The Complaint:
I currently live in the Livingston apartments. They are poorly insulated and the kitchen has never been updated. For what I am paying, I could have an aweseom one-bedroom in other neighborhoods. I enjoy the courtyard, but only a few months out of the year. They need to charge like a few hundred less per month for this place. The rent is totally not worth it! The storefronts on the other side of my courtyard have been empty for as long as I can remember.
