The Complaint:
This company is horrible! Among other things, our building is the least secure I have ever lived in. The property manager calls and screams at anyone she wishes, accusing them of things they didn't do, the billing department has been harassing me for a rent payment from a time that I DIDN'T EVEN LIVE here. And don't even get me started on actually getting a maintenance issue solved. Every time I call either nobody answers the phone or I have to leave a message that never gets returned. When you finally do get someone on the phone they totally give you the runaround. Today I had the ?pleasure? of speaking with Dave Clemente, "owner" (AKA Property Manager) of Peak Properties. He was extremely rude to me. He said, "I am Peak Properties and there is no one here that can help you." Customer appreciation and service has completely died when guys like this are running companies. I will NEVER rent from this company ever again.
