The Complaint:
Do not rent from Cassandra Grismer or Pat and June Grismer. We have lived in one of their rental properties for more than four years. These people lack every aspect of professionalism and responsibility as landlords. We spent hours calling about the problems continuously occuring in the house we were renting. In order to get anything taken care of, at least 3 calls had to be made. In order to get them to take care of the problem, at least 2-3 weeks. Although it's none of their business, your personal life and everyday activities are continuously watched and criticized. Casey Grismer has the worst communication skills we have ever seen. She has consistently talked down to us and raised her voice at us as if we were children. She would never compromise about anything. They have, and continue to develop, a very negative reputation in this area. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
